Site Manager – Regional Contractor (Yorkshire) – Permanent

We are working with a well-established, highly respected regional contractor with a strong presence across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team, delivering a variety of high-quality projects across the region.

Role

You will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Projects typically span across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all on‑site activities and managing subcontractors
• Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
• Maintaining high health & safety standards across site
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensuring quality control and snag‑free project delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
• Strong track record delivering projects across multiple sectors
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
• Ability to manage programmes and coordinate trades effectively
