Associate Director Electrical (Design & Projects) – London – to £85,000 + Package (Bonus c.10% of salary, Medical & Pension 12%)

This role sits with one of the world’s largest Commercial Property Consultancies, the number 1 global player in leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing and valuations, with revenue in excess of £20bn and 500 offices worldwide. A move into their M&E Design & Projects team would represent absolute career progression.
Due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director – Electrical Building Services Engineering to join their London office. They currently have circa £15m worth of MEP works on site, with circa £1m worth of design work already in the pipeline, so a strong order book and exciting pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients.
- Manage projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design.
- Deliver projects with support from the wider M&E team.
- Develop design skills, commercial client‑facing and project management skills.
- Represent the client on projects as part of the client team.
