Senior Site Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to start as soon as possible. This is a permanent, 5‑day per week role based mainly onsite with some meetings at the head office. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Annual salary: £65,000‑£80,000 + bonuses.

Qualifications: Valid CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS (or equivalent) and 1st Aid certification.

• Managing subcontractors on site
• Conducting inductions
• Reporting to site manager and contract managers
• Subcontract review meetings
• Managing designs, orders, and scheduling
• Snagging and site issue resolution
• Following company H&S procedures and ensuring compliance by all workers and visitors
• Managing labour and materials
