About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead the financial reporting and tax obligations for a group of five UK entities within a large, complex corporate environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with SOX control requirements, and the delivery of key UK tax obligations. The position combines hands‑on technical ownership with people leadership, managing UK‑based colleagues while working closely with our Global Business Services (GBS) team to ensure effective delivery and robust control across the group.
