Person Specification
Degree Level
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- CCAB qualified accountant / sufficient relevant experience
Desirable criteria
- Management qualification to degree or post graduate level
Experience
Essential criteria
- A proven track record of providing effective financial advice at a senior level
- Experience at senior level within the NHS or comparable complex environment
- Successful change management, planning and implementation
- Leading, managing and developing staff
Desirable criteria
- Experience of the year end annual accounts production and external audit
Skills
Essential criteria
- Numerate with highly developed analytical ability to manipulate and interpret numerical data and other issues
- Performance management skills
Desirable criteria
- Project management skills
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of the full range of MS packages including Word (report formatting, tables etc), Excel (pivot tables, macros look ups etc)
Disclosure & Barring Check Fee
