The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who wants more than just another step.
You’ll join a Dispute Resolution team, working closely with a recognised Commercial Litigation Partner on:
- Multi‑jurisdictional matters
- Strategically significant client issues
You won’t sit on the sidelines – you’ll take ownership, shape strategy, and build real client relationships.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage a varied and high‑quality caseload, including:
- Complex commercial contract disputes
- Shareholder and corporate disputes
- Injunctions and urgent applications
- Cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional matters
- Insolvency‑related and regulatory disputes
Alongside this, you’ll:
- Run matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Work directly with clients, directors, and stakeholders
- Contribute to strategy on high‑value disputes
- Support and mentor junior lawyers as you progress
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5–8 PQE) who:
- Is confident running matters but wants greater exposure and responsibility
- Is commercially minded and comfortable advising clients directly
- Is starting to think about long‑term progression and positioning
- Values collaboration, consistency, and quality of work over volume
