Senior International Assignment Consultant
International Assignment Services – SWINDON, UK
Reports to: Client Services Manager
Responsibilities
- Serve as the navigator and owner of the international assignment process for client assignees.
- Administer and enforce client mobility policies and programs and provide logistical support.
- Deputise and collaborate closely with the team manager to deliver on company and client KPIs.
- Partner with Global Operations and Finance to ensure audit and control processes are met.
- Drive process simplification, improvement, and support management with reporting and financial inquiries.
- Ensure system data integrity through coordination with supplier teams and GENPACT.
- Build effective relationships with clients to underpin excellent service delivery.
- Work independently, think creatively, and act proactively outside established processes when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or project‑management roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and a busy mailbox in a fast‑paced environment.
- High accuracy and process orientation; ability to work independently from home.
- Experience traveling and living abroad is preferred.
- Fluency in Korean at a C1 level (strong language skills are required).
- Optional: training and coaching experience; leadership/support experience is desirable.

Working Conditions
