About the Role
As a locum Consultant in Anaesthetics (Insourcing), you'll deliver high-quality care during scheduled weekend or evening sessions.
Responsibilities
- Delivering specialist clinical services in line with NHS standards
- Supporting patient flow and reducing waiting lists
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g. FRCS, FRCOphth, FRCA)
- A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
- UK Right to Work
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
Desirable:
- CCT in Anaesthetics (or within 6 months of achieving it)
