Our client is a leading ERP & CPM Consultancy and global solutions provider, experiencing rapid growth within the CPM market. Passionate about empowering organisations with business-leading technology, they deliver long-term solutions matched with world‑class customer service.

As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in implementing technology‑enabled projects for Finance, including solutions for Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Reporting. You’ll work closely with the Project Management Office to ensure projects are in scope, on time, in budget and the FP&A solution meets the client’s requirements. This is a heavily customer‑facing role, requiring strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to enable business success through agile planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Take part in requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Design, build, and implement CPM applications(e.g., Vena FP&A, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, IBM TM1, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, Tagetik, SAP BPC, BOARD MIT)
  • Build financial reports and dashboards utilising the Excel front end.
  • Demonstrate system functionality to prospects and clients
  • Identify and elevate risks/issues in a timely manner to project leads
  • Develop test scripts, training materials, and communication deliverables to support user adoption
  • Work in a team of leading CPM professionals on large‑scale transformation projects

Skills & Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience working on a CPM system (Vena FP&A preferred) or similar platforms (Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Infor d/EPM, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC, BOARD MIT)
  • Confident in building Excel reports & dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client‑facing delivery
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Finance background or accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) advantageous
  • Ideal is to have prior project experience within a CPM systems environment
  • Experience providing training in person and remotely, with supporting documentation
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK)

This is a remote‑first role with regular travel to client site. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available on this occasion).
