We are partnered with a global CRDMO to identify a Director of AI Transformation to lead the integration of AI across Data Sciences in a regulated (GxP) environment.
This is a senior, high-impact role focused on moving AI from experimentation to embedded, day-to-day use across scientific and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the AI strategy and roadmap for Data Sciences
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across clinical data functions
- Drive adoption and change, embedding AI into existing workflows
- Oversee delivery of AI solutions from concept to deployment
- Ensure governance, validation, and scientific credibility in a regulated setting
- Engage senior stakeholders and communicate measurable impact
Ideal Profile
- Experience leading AI / advanced analytics strategy in life sciences or healthcare
- Proven track record of embedding AI into real-world workflows
- Strong understanding of clinical or scientific data environments
- Experience working within GxP or regulated environments
- Influential leader with strong stakeholder management skills
