• Obvious enthusiasm for the subjects and the ability to pass this on to students

• A willingness to share best practice and learn from others
• The ability to work as a supportive team member
• A desire and willingness to explore innovative methods of curriculum delivery to capture the imagination of students
• A willingness to lead and take part in extra-curricular activities
