Technology Consultant – Energy and Utilities
Location
London (requires travel to client sites across the UK on an ad hoc basis)

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of delivery experience.
- Experience within the Energy and Utilities industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to shape technology roadmaps for Accenture and clients.
- Help client business owners navigate complex subject matters, breaking technical documentation into manageable components.
- Provide expert advice and support design, build, test, and deployment of solutions that add value.
- Effectively communicate with peers and clients in challenging circumstances while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Drive delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to support design and implementation.
- Effectively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Align client expectations with delivery assumptions and plans.
- Execute delivery across various methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Maintain knowledge of latest technology trends and apply them.
Key Experience
- At least 5 years in Energy or Utilities sector with knowledge of latest trends and challenges.
- Implementation experience from large business transformation programs (ERP or CRM) demonstrating ability to work in large/diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency Management.
- Strong communication skills working with Energy or Utilities clients.
- Strong organisational skills managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Experience line‑managing resources and project‑managing a team.
Desired Enhancements
- Experience leading projects using Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS offerings (Salesforce).
- Cloud/Industry and Programme Management certifications and credentials.
- Strong Technical and Emotional Quotient.
