The Role
The way people discover, evaluate, and trust B2B software is changing fast. In this role you will architect ScreenCloud’s content function: building agent‑assisted workflows, directing AI systems, and producing outputs that would traditionally require a much larger team. You’ll own the content programme across the full funnel—SEO‑driven acquisition through sales enablement and thought leadership—bringing both craft and systems thinking to make it work.
Responsibilities
- Own the editorial content programme—blog, long‑form guides, case studies, newsletters, landing page copy, and sales enablement assets
- Build and execute an SEO strategy that improves organic visibility for ScreenCloud’s target keywords and buyer personas
- Develop and implement a GEO approach—structuring content to be surfaced by AI‑powered search tools including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
- Design and maintain AI‑agent workflows for content production, repurposing, and distribution—building systems that run at scale without manual intervention per piece
- Own the content operations stack: tools, prompts, automations, and quality controls
- Define briefing standards and editorial governance for AI‑assisted output—acting as editor‑in‑chief across human and AI‑generated content to maintain brand voice at scale
- Commission, brief, and edit content from freelance contributors and subject‑matter experts
- Build a content repurposing system: one asset, multiple formats, multiple channels
- Track content performance against funnel metrics—organic traffic, engagement, and content‑influenced pipeline
Requirements
- Exceptional writer—clear, credible, and capable of adapting voice and format to context
- 3+ years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Excellent working knowledge of SEO—keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content architecture, and link strategy
- System‑oriented mindset—thinking in workflows before tasks
- Experience building or using AI‑agent pipelines (n8n, Make, LangChain, Claude tools, or similar)
- Comfortable being the human in a content function, staffing around tools rather than people
- Knowledge or readiness to learn GEO
- Data‑driven—track what works, cut what doesn’t, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing quality or missing deadlines
Bonus Skills
- Experience with SEO platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope or similar)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and web publishing workflows
- Background in workplace technology, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience producing content for HR/Internal Comms and IT/Ops buyer audiences
