You’ll play a key role in attracting candidates and strengthening our employer brand through compelling digital marketing across social, email, web, and design.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns
- Create and publish engaging, scroll-stopping content
- Monitor performance and continuously improve engagement
- Use Hootsuite to keep everything running smoothly
Email Marketing
- Build and deliver impactful campaigns using Mailchimp
- Write targeted, high-quality email copy
- Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and strong audience targeting
Design & Creative
- Create eye‑catching assets using Adobe & Canva
- Deliver polished visuals with minimal revisions
- Support campaign materials, job fairs, and local marketing
Website & Content
- Update and manage website content via WordPress
- Write blogs, landing pages, and SEO‑friendly copy
- Keep content fresh, engaging, and on‑brand
Paid Campaign Support
- Assist with paid social and Google Ads campaigns
- Support with creative, copy, and set‑up
- Contribute ideas to improve performance
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the marketing team and branches
- Support employer brand and internal campaigns
- Help maintain consistent messaging across all channels
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- 2–3+ years in a hands‑on marketing role
- Strong social media management experience
- Email marketing experience (Mailchimp preferred)
- Design skills (Adobe & Canva)
- WordPress experience
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
Desirable
- TikTok content experience
- Exposure to paid ads (social or Google)
- SEO/GEO content writing
- B2C or recruitment marketing experience
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
