- Lead account strategy and planning in partnership with Scientific Leadership, translating client commercial, medical, and scientific objectives into integrated communication programmes.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across accounts, ensuring adherence to pharma regulations, client and internal SOPs, and contractual obligations (including MSAs), while actively managing risks, resolving delivery issues, and driving best practice.
- Ensure effective resourcing and workflow management in partnership with Scientific Leads, maintaining quality, efficiency, and alignment to client priorities.
- Manage account financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, scopes of work, invoicing, and profitability, with responsibility for commercial governance and financial compliance.
- Identify and convert organic growth opportunities and contribute to new business development through proposals, pitches, and client expansion activity.
- Lead, coach, and develop account teams, driving performance, collaboration, and professional growth while supporting operational improvement across accounts.
