We have a new vacancy for a Project Support Officer (Traffic Regulation Orders) to join our Project Delivery Team based in County Hall, Norwich.

WSP's long-term contract with Norfolk County Council started in 2014 and has proved to be successful. This collaborative approach of technical excellence from WSP, combined with Norfolk County Council's enviable record of securing project funding, provides an opportunity to be part of some exciting and diverse opportunities.

As a Project Support Officer, your role will be at the heart of our high performing team. Using your strong organisational skills and attention to detail you will play a central role in supporting the safe and efficient management of Norfolk's road network.

A significant part of the role involves developing, coordinating, and progressing Traffic Regulation Orders linked to developer-led schemes, ensuring that new developments integrate safely and effectively with the existing highway network. These Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO) are the legal tools that allow the council to introduce measures such as speed limits, parking controls, and movement restrictions to help keep Norfolk's roads safe and easy to use.
