Overview

We’re looking for a professional and motivated individual to join our Housing & Contracts team and manage a number of contracts for our agent-managed supported housing schemes and housing-managed properties across Cheshire East, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, and Stockport. You will be an organized team player with strong communication skills as the role involves managing relationships with agents and monitoring performance of their housing management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality contract management of agent-managed services
  • Assist with budget setting and monitoring of management accounts
  • Ensure all legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services activities are met
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality customer service
  • Complete health and safety and property inspections
  • Provide housing management advice and guidance
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete regular site visits and liaison meetings to ensure a quality service in line with policies, procedures and relevant legislation

Qualifications / Experience

  • Sound experience working within supported living or housing management
  • Experience as a Deputy in a Supported Housing or Retirement Scheme with contracts or housing compliance experience and seeking progression
  • Experience managing third-party stakeholders
  • Focused with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and communicate effectively to different audiences
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience managing RP/Agent relationships
  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation, and good practice
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to travel extensively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and Radar would be advantageous
  • Extensive travel is a requirement; a full, current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
