The Programme Management Office within Highways, Transport and Planning directorate, are currently recruiting to this important role within their team. The team currently look after in excess of £100m worth of projects.

In this role, the focus is to collect, process and analyse a range of data in support of the Local Authority's statutory, strategic and operational responsibilities. Your role will be key in enabling performance to be measured and monitored. You will also support decision making and planning by providing up to date and relevant information, which results in resources being utilised more effectively and service objectives being achieved.

You will need to enjoy handling large quantities of data and be efficient at obtaining information from various sources to be presented as reports and dashboards. You will have good communication skills and be able to present data in a clear and easily understood way to a range of stakeholders. Experience of working in a financial or performance driven organisation would be advantageous for this role.
