We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity that provides high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supported living services, ensuring individuals receive safe, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and community inclusion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking to step up into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers
- Oversee rota planning, staffing levels, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
- Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and risk assessments
- Support individuals to achieve positive outcomes and independence
- Maintain accurate records, audits, and care plans
- Liaise with families, local authorities, and external professionals
- Participate in the on‑call rota
Requirements
- Experience in a senior role within supported living or social care
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and CQC regulations
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
