Support Worker – Adult Supported Living

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity that provides high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supported living services, ensuring individuals receive safe, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and community inclusion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking to step up into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers
  • Oversee rota planning, staffing levels, and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
  • Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and risk assessments
  • Support individuals to achieve positive outcomes and independence
  • Maintain accurate records, audits, and care plans
  • Liaise with families, local authorities, and external professionals
  • Participate in the on‑call rota

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior role within supported living or social care
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and CQC regulations
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
