Responsibilities

  • Office and policies administration.
  • System administration (S2C, P2P) and continuous improvement.
  • KPI BSC measurement, tracking, Dashboard maintenance and data analysis.
  • Work with stakeholders and users for Procurement Process/Workflow gap analysis and Optimization.
  • Category Strategy Management for selected category areas.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management.
  • Contract Management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
  • Practical Tech Knowledge
    • Analytics/Dashboarding Software skills.
    • Process oriented and ability to organize processes into flow charts for representation.
    • Experienced with various types of software for communication and presentation.
    • Analytical, able to look at trends and draw conclusions.
    • Experience in Category Management in Indirect Procurement & Services.
    • Procurement Process Source to Contract (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) knowledge.
  • Communication and Influencing skills
    • Ability to understand, engage and influence stakeholders to optimize Procurement Process together.
    • Able to provide clarity into Procurement Process and compliance requirements to stakeholders.
    • Able to drive changes to address gaps in processes with minimal supervision.
