Outreach & Engagement Officer

Position Details

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible part‑time Outreach & Engagement Officer for 18 hours per week over three days (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside children, young people and families with a focus on parenting, family life and early learning to build confidence and break down isolation.
• Promote HSBNIC within local communities and build networks with local referrers.
• Support community outreach and engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in early learning/development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage own workload.
• Open‑minded, non‑judgemental approach.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car.
