Head of Professional Services | Hybrid | MSSP
Our client is looking for a Head of Professional Services to lead and evolve a growing function within a dynamic Managed Security Services environment. This is a pivotal leadership role, combining team management, client engagement, and strategic development.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of a close-knit team of technical consultants, guiding them to deliver best-in-class services across:
- Managed Security Services
- Penetration Testing
- Technical/Implementation Services
Alongside day-to-day leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategy, structure, and future growth of the professional services function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of consultants
- Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted relationships
- Defining and executing the professional services strategy
- Driving operational excellence, utilisation, and service quality
- Identifying opportunities to expand offerings and grow the department
- Collaborating with sales and technical teams to align delivery with business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership role within cyber security or IT services
- Background in an MSP, MSSP, or cybersecurity vendor environment
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing experience
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
- Experience scaling or transforming a professional services function is highly desirable
