Transition & Housing Programme Manager

Location: Ealing / Hybrid
Salary: £53,500-£60,000
Contract: 12-month fixed term, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
DBS Level: Enhanced

As a Transition & Housing Programme Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of a major Supported Housing Stock Transition programme, managing complex change across our housing portfolio.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll balance programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and resident impact. You’ll ensure transitions are safe, well‑managed and compliant, while supporting vulnerable residents through change and improving the long‑term sustainability of services. It’s a role where your leadership, organisation and judgement will directly shape outcomes for residents and the organisation.
