Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own your shift – if the General Manager is off, you can feel empowered to take the lead.
• Understand what makes service tick, and take steps to constantly improve how the team delivers.
• Support the management team to deliver the goals for the site and keep driving the site to deliver.
