Qualifications
- Qualified ARB/RIBA Architect or MCIAT Architectural Technologist.
- Minimum 4 years of experience post‑bachelor’s degree in commercial architecture, with a proven track record of running complex projects from concept to completion.
- Fully proficient in all Revit functions.
- Experience undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles.
- Practical knowledge of relevant UK Building Regulations and design standards.
