Qualifications

• Qualified ARB/RIBA Architect or MCIAT Architectural Technologist.
• Minimum 4 years of experience post‑bachelor’s degree in commercial architecture, with a proven track record of running complex projects from concept to completion.
• Fully proficient in all Revit functions.
• Experience undertaking both CDM Principal Designer and Building Safety Act Principal Designer roles.
• Practical knowledge of relevant UK Building Regulations and design standards.
