Are you a graduate with a degree in data science, maths or economics and possess an analytical mindset that allows you to spot industry trends? We’re looking for a Graduate Data Analyst to support the business’s commercial growth and improve decision-making and performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, segmentation and competitor analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Analyse customer and transactional data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support pipeline management, CRM data quality and deal progression.
- Assist with business cases, bids and commercial proposals.
- Produce commercial performance reports (pipeline, revenue, win‑rates).
Qualifications
- Graduates with a degree in data science, maths, economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a love of numbers and experience in commercial or market analysis.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, finance and leadership.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Interest in AI.

- Salary of £28,000 to £33,000.
