The role requires strong leadership, SAP domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments.The role demands strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across predictive, Agile, or hybrid models. and Good on CMMI quality ..________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologiesDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteriaAct as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teamsManage cross functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and SecurityOversee onshoreoffshore delivery models and third-party vendorsPrepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updatesManage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure data migration readiness, UAT planning, cutover execution, and go live supportControl project budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial trackingEnsure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standardsDrive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practicesInitiate projects by developing project charters, business cases, and stakeholder registersDefine and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource plansLead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of project plansMonitor and control project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and earned value metrics#J-18808-Ljbffr…
