Role Overview

Are you a keen gardener looking to start your next big project? Check out our Gardening Facilitator role helping to expand and run poly tunnel and growing areas in Cheltenham. You’ll work six hours a week, plan growing seasons, recruit volunteers, and manage their roles and duties. The produce feeds the Community Pantry. Join a close-knit team of volunteers and support our Pantry.

Annual leave will be pro-rata for part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern is compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.

Contracted staff only: Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from home to allocated workplace location. A well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and insurance covering business use is required.
