At Card Factory, we’re continuing to invest in our technology and transformation journey. We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to support key initiatives across all areas of the business, including Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Retail and Partnerships. This role is responsible for delivering a mix of change and business‑as‑usual IT projects, working closely with Product Owners, functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and add real value to the business.
Based at our Support Centre in Wakefield, this is a hybrid role with 2‑3 days per week on site.
You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of delivering IT projects across all areas of the business, covering both change and BAU activity. This includes defining plans, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring clear governance is in place throughout the delivery lifecycle. Projects will be managed using a mix of Agile and Waterfall approaches, selecting the right method to suit the work and stakeholders involved. The role involves working closely with Product Owners, functional teams and the Transformation Office to ensure delivery is well coordinated and aligned to business priorities.
Strong relationships will be built across IT and the wider business, with regular engagement with senior stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations and drive successful outcomes. You’ll also play a key part in bringing teams together and creating a collaborative, delivery‑focused environment.
