Responsibilities
- Lead key activities to advance your career; manage development squads and business SMEs to design and implement advanced analytics and AI.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where Advanced Analytics and Decision Intelligence can drive value.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Plan and deliver transformative change in business units.
- Drive continuous improvement in data‑science processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Hybrid Work & Location
This role is a hybrid position based in the United Kingdom, Europe, or India. Attendance at on‑site meetings and collaboration in person are expected as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing development teams and delivering impactful projects.
- Problem‑solving and consulting skills.
- Experience building and deploying AI models with Agentic orchestration to production or analytic pipelines.
- Practical experience with data wrangling, feature engineering and data‑quality checks.
- Experience with Knowledge Graph models/solutions (preferably RDF).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams at all levels and time zones.
- Analytic curiosity to seek out and develop potential solutions and a track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) and containerised deployment.
- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of causal inference, experimental design or predictive modelling for operational decision‑making.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation and partnering across diverse teams.
