About us and the role

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator (Attendance and Admissions), based at Krishna Avanti Primary School, Leicester, to play a key role in the effective running of the school.

This is a pivotal position, with responsibility for leading attendance and admissions processes and supporting key whole‑school priorities.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive improvements in pupil attendance, ensure robust and compliant systems are in place, and provide accurate reporting to inform decision‑making. You will also work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to promote positive outcomes for all pupils.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to make a meaningful impact within a supportive, values‑led school community.
