Job Overview

We are looking for our next Guest Services Manager – Night to work with our Guest Services Hosts and the wider team across our public areas, lobby, reception and R&B spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee guest services during night shifts.
• Maintain a fun, fresh, and fast‑paced environment while communicating with multiple departments and delivering excellent service.
• Represent the brand as the face of Wilde with enthusiasm, energy, and flair.
• Create memorable experiences for every guest, using strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with a smile and ensuring they feel at home.
• Personalise service by learning guests’ preferences and needs.
• Set the mood and environment, adjusting lighting, volume, and overall presentation.
• Control all aspects of shifts, ensuring operations remain seamless and no tasks are overlooked, including health & safety and complaints management.
• Innovate and constantly seek improvements to enhance service quality.
• Lead with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of inclusivity.
• Participate actively in community service and local charity events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within the lifestyle hotel or hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of front‑office operations.
• Some previous F&B/Barista experience is preferred but training can be provided.
