Responsibilities
- Build and ship core product features across Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems
- Own the full product lifecycle — from customer discovery to shipped solutions
- Work directly with customers to solve real operational problems
- Move fast on MVPs while building scalable, production-grade systems
- Raise the bar across testing, reliability, and system design
- Shape product direction through direct user feedback and iteration
- Work on cutting-edge AI across voice, LLMs, and real-time automation
- High-ownership, low-ego team of ~10 people
