Job Overview

Senior Digital Integration Specialist – Manchester Foundation Trust (MFT). This role will support the Hive LCO expansion programme and work closely with the Senior Integration Lead/Architect to deliver the strategic roadmap and support the Trust’s digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, develop and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programmes, applications and third‑party solutions across the Trust.
  • Assist in the development of an MFT architecture strategy, setting principles and guidelines for Enterprise Architecture in areas such as Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Integration, Application and Infrastructure.
  • Review and assess new technology releases to ensure compatibility with current integrations and alignment with Trust protocols and policies.
  • Provide guidance to enterprise architects in delivering software solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate integration work and staff, ensuring designs are implemented correctly and successfully.
  • Support training and delivery of high‑quality service procedures, ensuring the team is adequately prepared.
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders and teams across the Trust to deliver highly complex solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide expertise across the delivery lifecycle, supporting the application integration architecture blueprint for the Trust.
  • Create high‑ and low‑level integration solution designs that support the development roadmap and the group digital strategy.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior‑level technical experience in digital integration and enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement and manage complex integration solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working with cloud‑based architectures, data analytics and AI initiatives is desirable.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Assessment Process

  • Sphinx testing – an aptitude assessment evaluating critical thinking, logical reasoning and problem‑solving.
  • Integration‑specific technical test.
