Band 3 Administrator – Early Intervention Community Team. Responsible for supporting the team by performing general admin and clerical tasks, including data entry, copy typing, filing, answering telephones, receiving referrals and operating clinical systems such as RiO, MAPS and e-procurement.
Works scheduled for 5 days a week, covering Bank Holidays, with shifts 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-21:00.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Early Intervention Community Team.
- Process data entry, copy typing, filing and telephone answering.
- Receive referrals and manage documentation.
- Use clinical systems (RiO, MAPS, e-procurement) to support service delivery.
Qualifications
- Good level of general education.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and handle accurate processing.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with RiO, MAPS and e-procurement preferable.
