Overview

We're hiring a Senior Automation Manager to lead a low-code automation team within a major retail bank. You'll drive automation strategy, deliver scalable solutions, and work with stakeholders to improve processes through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy and roadmap with the Head of Engineering
• Oversee design and delivery of robust, scalable automation solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation
• Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of developers and contractors
• Ensure high-quality delivery and smooth release of automation projects
• Engage with stakeholders across technology and the wider business

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in automation/RPA and low-code platforms
• Proven leadership of technical teams
• Ability to design and deliver complex automation solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Interest in emerging technologies and innovation
