Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position as a System Support Officer within the Humberwide Ophthalmology department, which is part of the Head and Neck Care Group.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality system support and support the maintenance and development to the levels of the Ophthalmology Department.
• Primarily focused on the end user, including day‑to‑day troubleshooting.
• Lead projects involving information technology and diagnostic equipment.
• Provide ad‑hoc advice and training on the use of information technology.
• Support general tasks for the Technical and Data Manager.
• Act as first‑line support for the Ophthalmology Outpatients, Pre‑assessment, Day Case, Theatre, and Ward areas.
