Hello, we run two small businesses.
One is an established Village Boutique in Surrey and one is a start-up global real estate business based in Surrey.
Both book-keeping / payroll / VAT returns etc etc currently managed by external book-keepers / accountants and leverages DEXT and ZERO but we find ourselves still managing things to provide them with information, manage them and do things an external parties cannot do (like pay people via the Bank Account). And so we want insource it want to find a really proactive, smart person with a FC background to take control of the finance management initially for the Boutique.
For the Boutique we think this will be 4 hours a week to start with (and perhaps more during payroll, VAT returns etc) but this will increase and then we will add the Real Estate business on in the coming months
We want to be able to meet up from time to time so we want someone in the Guildford to Kingston type area, but otherwise its a very flexible role. We just want a fabulous person who wants to get stuck in to really ‘own’ things. This is not a ‘wait for instructions’ role or personality.
