The opportunity
This high‑profile role provides the chance to work with leading clients in the capital markets sector, delivering assurance and related services with a focus on US and UK regulations. You will support clients preparing for US IPOs, help with US GAAP conversions, and work on mergers, acquisitions, and SOX initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
- Utilize PCAOB audits, US GAAP, SOX and SEC reporting expertise.
- Lead and deliver technical accounting support.
- Project‑manage transactions and coach junior staff.
- Build an international professional network.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Full qualification as a US CPA or UK equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years PCAOB audit experience.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP with baseline IFRS.
- Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raising.
- Strong collaboration, project and people‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
