The opportunity

This high‑profile role provides the chance to work with leading clients in the capital markets sector, delivering assurance and related services with a focus on US and UK regulations. You will support clients preparing for US IPOs, help with US GAAP conversions, and work on mergers, acquisitions, and SOX initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Utilize PCAOB audits, US GAAP, SOX and SEC reporting expertise.
  • Lead and deliver technical accounting support.
  • Project‑manage transactions and coach junior staff.
  • Build an international professional network.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Full qualification as a US CPA or UK equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years PCAOB audit experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP with baseline IFRS.
  • Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raising.
  • Strong collaboration, project and people‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
