The Opportunity
This is a hands‑on, operational role responsible for running the day‑to‑day learning and reporting systems across a major project site.
You will ensure that all incidents, observations, and learning are captured, reviewed, and translated into actionable improvements, supporting both compliance and operational performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the incident and observation reporting system (e.g. Insight)
- Lead screening meetings to review and assess reported events.
- Ensure corrective actions are tracked and completed effectively.
- Analyse data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Produce reports, KPIs, and meeting packs.
- Support and manage a team of coordinators.
- Deliver training and guidance on reporting processes.
- Engage with stakeholders across engineering, HSE, and project teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Data analysis, KPIs, and reporting
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Experience in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment
- Supervisor or team leadership experience
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Experience within a regulated industry (nuclear, rail, oil & gas, defence)
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and investigation processes
