About the role

As Veterinary Group Practice Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our practices, leading and supporting teams while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training and supporting team members
  • Creating and managing rotas to ensure appropriate cover at all times
  • Overseeing financial performance, including budgets, banking and debt control
  • Preparing reports and analysing practice performance
  • Managing daily operational activities across all sites
  • Ensuring excellent client experience and resolving concerns effectively
  • Developing and delivering long‑term plans to support sustainable practice growth

About You

You’ll be a confident leader with a passion for people, animals and teamwork.

You'll bring

  • Previous veterinary experience (preferred)
  • Proven managerial or leadership experience (essential)
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • A positive, proactive mindset and strong team focus
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and practice management systems
