Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard emergency nursing care in a busy Accident & Emergency environment.
- Prioritise care for multiple patients in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
- Support the development of quality improvement projects and participate in pre‑hospital MDT response units such as the Physician Response Unit.
- Engage with a structured orientation and ongoing mentorship to progress within the Emergency Nursing Framework.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six months acute post‑registration experience.
- Strong organisational, communication and clinical skills.
- Self‑motivated with resilience to meet the challenges of a stimulating work environment.
