Job responsibilities
As a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be key in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a supportive environment. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will assist the Ward Manager in ensuring safe, effective care for all patients and participate in the On-Call rota.
Qualifications
Current NMC registration, ability to deliver high patient care standards, mentorship experience, enthusiasm, EPR system experience, flexibility, and knowledge of CQC Standards and NICE guidance.
