Menopause Lead Nurse

Our Gynaecology Department is seeking a dedicated Menopause Lead Nurse to provide specialised care, education, and support for women navigating this critical stage of life.

As a Menopause CNS, you’ll be at the forefront of empowering women to understand and manage their menopause journey with confidence. In this role, you will:

• Lead and Innovate: Shape and deliver specialised menopause care services, utilising the latest clinical guidelines and holistic approaches.
• Educate and Empower: Provide personalised guidance and education to patients, supporting them in symptom management, lifestyle changes, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team of British Menopause Society (BMS) accredited menopause specialists made up of consultant gynaecologist, consultant in sexual health, GP, consultant pharmacist and counsellor to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centred care.
• Be a Trusted Resource: Act as the primary contact for women seeking advice and support, fostering a positive and open environment for discussing menopause‑related issues.
