As a WGSL Development Officer, you will play a central role in growing and sustaining a high‑quality Shared Lives scheme across Neath Port Talbot and Swansea. You’ll lead on recruiting and assessing Shared Lives Carers, developing strong partnerships with councils and professionals, and ensuring individuals are safely matched with carers who can meet their needs.
Shared Lives is about people, relationships and community – no two days are ever the same, and the positive impact is real and visible.
About you:
You’ll be someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering high‑quality, relationship‑based support.
