- Empower Your Team: Oversee staff development, from robust clinical supervision to mentoring the next generation of care superstars.
- Take the Reins: Step up as lead in the Home Manager’s absence and play a key part in senior management and on‑call rotation.
- Deliver Excellence: Manage daily operations, oversee medication safety, and build strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Qualified Registered Nurse & NMC Registration
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to learning.
- Evidence of PREP (Post‑registration Education & Practice)
- Qualification in Leadership
- Full understanding of relevant legislation, e.g., Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, safeguarding, and GDPR.
