The Role
As Home Manager, you will have full operational and clinical responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing care team
- Maintaining and improving CQC ratings (Good or Outstanding)
- Managing occupancy, budgets, and overall service performance
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Home Manager or Registered Manager within a nursing home
- Clinical background (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Confident in operational management and care home systems
- Commercial awareness and performance-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the Leeds area/local authority is desirable
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
