Junior Sister / Charge Nurse – G2A Ward, Frimley Park Hospital

Are you an experienced and motivated nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sister / Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team on G2A, a dynamic 12‑bedded Acute Stroke Unit with 2 same‑day assessment trolleys. Our service also includes G3, a 28‑bedded step‑down ward, enabling continuity of care for patients throughout their stroke recovery journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our specialist stroke service, working closely with the Senior Sister, Matron, and multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding, evidence‑based care. You will provide visible leadership on the ward, supporting and developing staff, ensuring high standards of patient safety, and promoting a culture of compassion and clinical excellence.
